A minimum of 48 hours notice is required in order to transfer a deposit to a reschedule date. Otherwise the deposit is forfeited and another is required.
Tattoo designs are not released prior to your appointment, Try your best to inform your artist your design specifications so she can create a concept that you will love. We always have time to make small changes on the day of your appointment if necessary.
Please give your artist at least 3 days notice for large design changes, otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Our artists work in an open concept room so please only bring one guest minimum. While your guest is permitted to check in on you, they will be asked to primarily stay in the waiting area to ensure all clients are comfortable.
Touch ups are free if within 6 months of your original service. Touch ups on fingers are never free.
Please be mindful and respectful of other clients and artists. We want everyone to have a comfortable and positive experience.
We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
Aftercare Instructions
Following these instructions will ensure your tattoo heals well. Do not listen to friends or the internet about how to care for your tattoo. Your artist knows how to best care for their style of tattooing.
PLASTIC WRAP
Remove plastic wrap within 3 hours and wash your tattoo using unscented antibacterial soap. (No washcloths or loofahs)
Pat dry with a paper towel.
Apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion. (NO petroleum jelly or Neosporin)
Repeat washing and applying lotion 2 to 3 times daily for six days minimum.
NO soaking in the bath, hot tub, or pool for at least 4 weeks. The shower is fine.
Avoid direct sunlight on your tattoo for at least two weeks. After that, apply SPF 50 or higher for any prolonged sun exposure.
Your tattoo will itch and peel like sunburn. Do NOT pick or scratch at your tattoo, this will result in ink loss!
SANIDERM
Leave adhesive on for 4-7 days
NO soaking in the bath, hot tub, or pool. The shower is fine.
You will bleed underneath it, this is normal. If anything leaks out of the bandage, or get in, take it off as soon as possible. Refer to other directions
When you take the bandage off, wash thoroughly using a non-scented antibacterial soap. (No washcloth or loofa)
Pat dry with a paper towel.
Apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion. (NO petroleum jelly or Neosporin)
Repeat washing and applying lotion 2 to 3 times daily for six days minimum.
Occasionally individuals will have a reaction to this bandage. This will appear in the form of hives, small bumps, or burning. If this occurs remove as soon as possible and refer to plastic wrap instructions.
